Can I buy DUTYSHINE now?
Orders are not open yet. Availability, final prices and payment services must be confirmed before checkout is enabled. This website does not take payments or reserve stock.
Which shade should I choose?
Choose Black for black smooth finished leather, Brown for brown smooth finished leather, or Neutral where appropriate for the leather finish. Always test a discreet area first. Keep different shades in separate applicators and sponge cartridges.
Can I use it on suede or nubuck?
No. DUTYSHINE is intended for smooth finished leather. Do not use it on suede, nubuck or fabric. For specialist or delicate finishes, follow the footwear maker’s care instructions.
How do I refill the applicator?
Open the designated refill cap, add compatible DUTYSHINE polish without overfilling, then close the cap securely. Use the correct shade and follow the final product label.
Can the sponge be replaced?
Yes. The planned replacement range includes compatible snap-fit sponge cartridges in a three-pack. Release the used cartridge and fit the replacement until the clips engage.
Where will DUTYSHINE be available?
DUTYSHINE is being developed with a global outlook. Country availability, shipping destinations, delivery times and applicable charges will be confirmed before orders open.
Do you work with distributors and institutions?
Wholesale, retail, hospitality and institutional enquiries are welcome. Territories, minimum order quantities, lead times and commercial terms are subject to confirmation; no exclusive rights are granted through this website.
